2. What this website is
It presents and sells El Último Adiós: a stainless steel QR plaque for the headstone, niche, urn or a frame with their photo. Scanning it opens their memorial, with their photos, their story and their voice notes, and the family can talk to them.
An artificial intelligence answers in their voice, based on what the family has told it.
We say so clearly, on the website and in every memorial, as required by Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).
María García, the example on the website, is a made-up character, and her voice comes from a voice bank. Her photos, her story and her recordings are there to show how it works; it is not a real memorial.
3. Purchases
Purchases are governed by the terms of purchase: what each option includes, price, payment, delivery time, the voice after the first year, right of withdrawal and guarantee. Writing to us through the website form is not an order and involves no payment.
4. Use of the website
You may browse and share the link freely. Copying the texts, images, audio or design for commercial purposes is not permitted, nor is using the website to send automated or malicious content.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, design, drawings, logo and the name El Último Adiós belong to their owner. The sample photographs are used to illustrate the service.
6. Liability
We take care that the information on the website is accurate and up to date. As this is a new service, some details (materials, timescales, features) may change; each purchase is governed by the terms published on the day of payment. The answers in the conversation are generated by an artificial intelligence and may contain mistakes; they are not professional advice of any kind. We are not liable for damage arising from interruptions of the website beyond our control or for the content of linked sites.
