What you offer the family
When a family asks what it is, it fits in one sentence:
“You scan the plaque on their grave and talk to your loved one, who answers in their own voice, thanks to the memories the family has kept.”
Beforehand, the family (or the person themselves, during their lifetime) uploads photos, stories and one to three minutes of audio in which their voice can be heard clearly. A WhatsApp voice note will do. Visitors who aren’t family can see the photos and life story and light a candle.
It works for burials and cremations, at the same price. The plaque is engraved stainless steel, with no electronics.

This is how we explain it: “You pay once: the plaque, the memorial with no expiry date and a year of talking to them in their voice, counted from the day their voice is ready. After that, if you’d like to keep talking to them, it’s €9.99 a month. If not, the voice is paused and everything else stays. We never charge you anything without asking you first.”
What we guarantee the family
- The voice is only created with signed permission, and any close relative can ask for it to be removed.
- Their photos, life story and recordings don’t expire, even if the family stops the voice.
If the family has no recordings of their voice, “Memories only” costs €99: the plaque and the memorial, without talking to them in their voice.

What does our team have to do?
Tell the family about it and, if they want it, set up the memorial in five steps. The plaque, the voice, the memorial and the family’s questions are all taken care of by us.
What if the family has no recordings of their voice?
For the voice, one to three minutes of audio in which they can be heard clearly is enough (a WhatsApp voice note will do). If there is nothing, the family can choose “Memories only”, for €99: the same plaque and the memorial with their photos and life story, without talking to them in their voice. It counts towards your commission too.
Can it go in any cemetery?
It is a small steel plaque, fixed with adhesive, with no drilling and no electronics, and it stands up to sun, rain and frost. Some cemeteries have rules about what can be added to a grave; if in doubt, we help the family check.
For urns there is a 5 × 5 cm plaque and, if the ashes are scattered, an A4 frame with their photo.
Is it ethical? What do we tell a family who have doubts?
That an artificial intelligence answers in their voice, based on what the family has told it, and that we always say so clearly. The voice is only created with signed permission, and any close relative can ask for it to be removed.
If someone writes to it at a moment of great distress, it gently encourages them to talk to someone they trust today and to call 024 (Spain’s free, 24-hour suicide prevention line) or 112 if they are in danger.
When and how is the commission paid?
Every month we pay you 20% of the plans ordered through you, including those the family orders online with your link. Your dashboard shows every sale and every payout.
What if the company closes?
We would let families know months in advance and give them everything to download: their photos, recordings and texts. The plaque is theirs.
